Jaggy's anxious to get his day in Court over with and Mohan thinks back wistfully to when it was football he would be rushing to, not Court. Mohan is still upset over Simran leaving Kesar with Mary. Meanwhile Simran bumps into Pervaiz at the Court. She confides in him that she's there to support Mohan today in an attempt to stop him telling her parents about her and Pete. It's not only that she's worried about though, what if they drag up Jaggy's history and her part in it?
It's finally Jaggy's turn to give evidence. He tells the court about going to a bar with Darren and how Darren wanted to leave to go and buy drugs. He finishes by describing the attack on Kamal. When Darren's lawyer get's hold of him though she wastes no time in letting the Court know that it was no ordinary bar they were drinking in, but a lap-dancing bar. Once again she twists his words to make Darren look whiter than white. Then she produces her trump card and quotes Jaggy saying to Darren, 'That's where I lived with the bitch, I threw a TV out of the window' Jaggy is horrified, knowing that Simran and his dad are out there listening.
Outside later Pervaiz goes to comfort Simran. Jaggy rushes over to attempt a damage limitation exercise but Simran doesn't want to listen despite Jaggy's protests that it was all lies. Mohan is distraught by the revelations as well, what will the Gurdwara think of Jaggy taking drugs and frequenting lap-dancing clubs? Even worse, what will Jaggy's mum say if she finds out........
