It's the second day of the trial and Jaggy and Mohan are running late. Jaggy's still trying to persuade his dad not to come in to watch the trial but Mohan's having none of it and says he wants a front row seat.
Also running late, Sean, Pete and Simran rush into the Court building. It's bringing back bad memories for Sean, especially when he heard what a grilling Kamal got yesterday. Pete reminds him that he's just a witness this time and he won't get such a bad time. As Sean makes a last minute dash to the loo, Pete and Simran bump into Jaggy and his dad. Mohan is pleased to see Simran assuming she is there to support Jaggy. It quickly dawns on him though that Simran and Pete are an item and is not happy to hear that Pete's mum is looking after his grandson. Simran is annoyed with Pete for mentioning Mary baby-sitting Kesar, Mohan might tell her parents. Pete can't understand what the problem is...... then he twigs, It's a problem because he's white!
In Court Nadia gives her version of events at the warehouse that night. She explains to Kamal's lawyer that they were just good friends and that Kamal is a real gentleman. Unfortunately though Darren's lawyer is determined to put over a completely different story. Miss Patel suggests that they were having a relationship and that Nadia broke it off. She twists the facts around completely leaving poor Nadia in tears.
Next up is Sean and he gets the full force of Miss Patel. In her bid to discredit all Kamal's witnesses she brings up Sean's record and how he was on cannabis at the time. She tears his reputation to shreds and manages to make Sean sound like enemy number one.
