Kamal goes to the detention centre to see Zuber only to find he is too late. The officer tells him his friend was deported two weeks ago. Later Kamal tries ringing Nadia but sighs when he gets her voicemail......
Shazia and Dr Masud prepare for the arrival of her boys and he jokes about how much food she has bought for the barbecue.
Elsewhere Mushtaq and Mani are buying sweets on their way to the barbecue. Mushtaq is nervous about meeting Shazia's sons and worries they will be late too but Mani tells him they aren't going empty handed.
Shazia can't get the barbecue to work. Rehan eventually gets it going and teases his brother about doing a physics degree but not being able to light a grill. The doctor suggests they have a party for Danyal's birthday but is told dad has already arranged one. Shazia looks put out but the conversation is interrupted by the arrival of Mushtaq and Mani. Mushtaq hands Shazia the sweets and asks if she is OK.
Mushtaq tries to impresses Rehan and Danyal with his knowledge of rap music. Shazia goes to get drinks and Mushtaq follows her into the kitchen. Shazia asks why he is trying so hard but Mushtaq says he just wants to get to know them better. He also comments that Shazia isn't her usual self but she says she just needs a minute that's all.
Later Doctor Masud says it's been a perfect day. Mushtaq and Mani thank the Doctor for his hospitality and leave. In the car a paranoid Mushtaq thinks he made a fool of himself and concludes that he definitely embarrassed Shazia. That's why she was so quiet.....
