Mushtaq surprises Shazia by taking breakfast over to her house. On entering, he trips over her shoes and when he heads for the kitchen, he gasps at the mess. She apologises saying it's been a hectic week. Mushtaq starts washing up and suggests cooking his speciality, an omelette. Shazia laughs saying her dad would say he's a man for keeps, he likes the idea of someone being there to pick her up.
Nadia asks a busy Zak if he will drive her around to some clients but he gets annoyed saying he's in the middle of doing important things and she should think of others for a change. Later Zak tells Kamal he should have applied to enrol for A Levels sooner and now may have to apply for a BTEC or NVQ. Kamal seems a bit preoccupied and isn't really listening.
Shazia has finished the dishes by the time Mushtaq gets off the phone to Zenab and she tells him she's had a call and needs to go into work. He seems put out but says they can do breakfast some other day.
Sameer and Mushtaq grab a coffee and Sameer says that Rozena is running the business since Zenab and Imran went away but she's not complaining, however he can't spend time with her. Mushtaq suggests the weekend and evenings but Sameer says she always gets interrupted by calls. Mushtaq agrees to look into it and then gets on the phone to Shazia to say that he's decided to ease himself back into work to help Rozena but it won't get in the way of them, she means more to him than a friend.
Zak notices Kamal is distant. Kamal says he can't find work that makes real money, he's not got enough to live let alone help those close to him. Zak thinks he means his family, Kamal says he can't live like that for much longer, he'll have to find another way.
