Imran is getting ready to leave the office to go and see the time capsule being dug up. Zenab thinks it's all a gimmick and tells him not to forget dinner tonight. Imran wants to know what's so special about this dinner for her to keep going on about it all day, and Zenab says she wants a family dinner before she goes off to Pakistan ...
Sway digs up the time capsule in front of the press with Gary, Imran, Arun and Krish looking on. They start to pull out some of the contents - a picture of Margaret Thatcher, a Blondie record, 'Top Gun' video, and another video saying 'Silver Street Youth', which they take inside to watch on the big screen...
At the Jilanis, Mushtaq also wants to know why Zenab is making such a fuss over dinner. Why is she making so much food? Who are they entertaining? Zenab admits she's planned an informal meeting for Imran and Azra. Azra father is coming too but her mother is in Dubai . Mushtaq walks away grumbling that he's the last person to know who his own guests are!
After a few teething problems the video comes on at the Centre and they see a very young Imran talking back at them! Then a young lad comes on called Mickey Reynolds. Arun realises it's Gary 's dad and tells Sway to switch it off. Gary tells him to turn it back on - and they continue watching it. Then Krishan notices that Imran has disappeared...
Imran is driving away manically, events from the past running through his head, and we flash back to 1986. Imran is desperately looking for Rozena. Mickey has her cornered and threatens her with a knife to keep quiet. Imran runs up and starts to fight Mickey, and in the tussle Mickey is stabbed....Back in the present, Imran stops the car and starts to cry at his memories...
