It's the first week of the summer holidays and Krishan is already bored. Rita doesn't know what to do with him but he cheers up when Arun reminds him they've got to take the time capsule stuff over to Sway. Krishan seems to think it's a Chauhan time capsule the amount of stuff he's planning to put into it! Arun and Krish leave Rita reminiscing about 1986 - she was pregnant with Jas that year...
Kuljit meets Sameer in the café. He wants some legal advice about his dad's house. He explains that he thinks his aunt sold the house and walked off with the money. Sameer reckons there would have been some form of Trust set up and if so then his aunt would be answerable to the courts - she would have to prove she dealt with the money effectively. Sameer advises Kuls to get advice from a trust law specialist - in fact he can recommend a firm...
Sway takes full advantage of Arun and Krishan's offer to help. He asks them to drum up some helpers for Jaggy's football, then do a leaflet drop, and finally he to start sorting through the stuff for the time capsule. Sway gets a visit from Kuljit later on and invites him to the unveiling of the 1986 time capsule. Kuls can't believe his ears! He tells Sway the job has made him lose all sense of perspective - and drags him to the pub to restore it!
Roopa is on her way out to see Bina when Rita and Pradeep stop her to ask how she's doing. They want to know how her appointment with the community psychiatric services went and remind her they're always there if they need her, but Roopa doesn't want to talk. Rita and Pradeep are left wondering what they can do to help - it's like they don't know their own children anymore. All they can do is wait for Roopa to come to them...
