Bina tells Roopa she has been reading up on Bulimia and can help support Roopa now. All she has to do is listen to how Roopa feels. Roopa says she has an appointment with her therapist later and that helps because she listens too but Bina obviously isn't listening despite what she said earlier and starts chattering about herself.
Amrit resists Kuljit's attempts at cheering him up. He doesn't even want the fancy breakfast Kuls has cooked for him and he certainly doesn't want to talk about what happened.
Imran apologises to Sameer and Rozena about his behaviour the other night. Once Sameer has left for work Imran promises Rozena he is going to keep a lid on things. Rozena thinks Imran saving Gary 's life has made up for what happened back then anyway. Imran turns to leave but Rozena stops him. They need to visit a place they haven't been to in a long time.
Rozena takes Imran to the Park and they reminisce about it being their hideaway when they were children. Imran gets serious and admits he has been trying to atone for what he did for years but it's no use. He still feels as guilty now as he did then. Whatever path he took he was always going to end up back here wasn't he?
Roopa is suspicious when Nadia asks if she will help sell some beauty treatments. Roopa suggests Rita put her up to it so that she can spy on her. Nadia hastily denies this but Roopa isn't convinced and hangs up.
Back in the park Rozena reminds Imran he only did what he did because she was being attacked. He was protecting his sister. Now, they can either look to the future or keep torturing themselves about the past. It's a straight forward choice...........
