Kamla and Krishan go to Jaggy's new flat to interview him for the oral history project. He's looking after Kesar and can't stop him crying so Kamla takes over while Krishan gets on with the interview. Kamla is very scathing of Jaggy's attempts to install a baby gate and sends it clattering to the floor with a little shove.
Sean goes to see AD to quiz him about Siobhan, and more importantly to ask about his dad. AD enjoys winding Sean up about his mum until Sean can't take anymore. If AD's going to waste his time then he's off. AD says okay, he can answer both Sean's questions in one go.... Sean's mum was a slag so he's no idea who his dad is. He taunts Sean saying his mum had every lad around, including AD. This is too much for Sean and he lashes out, but AD's too quick for him and it's Sean that ends up with a bloody nose.
Sean gets back to the pub covered in blood. Mary believes his story about being mugged but Pete sees right through it and wants the truth. Pete groans when he finds out where Sean has been and tells him he can't believe anything AD says. He's got it in for Siobhan because she made him feel stupid; she was too clever and independent for someone like AD to deal with. Sean asks Pete, if his mum is so great, then why isn't she in his life?
Jas calls at the pub to invite Sean to her 20 th birthday party and asks Pete along too as he hurries past telling Mary to keep an eye on Sean. Minutes later, AD opens his door and is rewarded by Pete's fist in his face and a warning to stay away from the Bradys.
