The next challenge for the lads on their adventure trip is to abseil down a rock face. Imran's giving Dave a hand leading things and Sway is a bit miffed. Zak's a bit put out too because Arun's been allowed to skip the abseiling to concentrate on getting Parkside's music sorted. The Liverpool leader reckons his lads are So Solid Crew or something and Sway wants Arun to show him who's best. Zak and Sean want to know who the big DJ is that's coming in and Sway almost spills the beans...but then he thinks better of crossing Dave. Yusef comes up to Sean and apologises for making him and Parkside lose the assault course challenge. Sean doesn't want him hanging around but Yusef is joining the Parkside group for a bit because Arun's not there. Zak comments on his big bag, and Yusef says it's his prayer mat - the lads from Bradford threw it in the showers so he's got to keep it with him from now on. Both Zak and then Pete ask Sean about Yusef but Sean doesn't want to be associated with him - just because they were both in the YOI doesn't mean they were mates.
Zak is next to abseil down the rock face but half-way down he gets scared and doesn't want to go any further. Gary and Saj heckle him but the rest of the Parksiders try to encourage him down. Dave climbs down next to him and reassures him the equipment safe. Zak finally makes it to the bottom but won't admit he was scared.
The lads are resting around a campfire in the woods, when Dave informs them that they won't be going home tonight - the next task is to stay out all night and test their survival skills! Dave gives them sleeping bags, tents, and some food, then he and the other leaders drive away, leaving the boys to fend for themselves...
