The final Silver Street episode was broadcast on Fri 26 Mar 2010 and the final omnibus on Sun 28 Mar 2010

Sway is being put through his paces by the Parkside committee in his interview for the Centre manager job. He plays it a bit too cool and comes across as cocky when they ask him about his community knowledge. He tries to make up for the way out when he has a quiet word with Syed - what he meant to say is that people are just people to him, there's no difference. Sway's really annoyed with himself and calls Imran as soon as he gets outside - he's convinced he's blown it.
Later on, Syed also rings Imran for a second opinion on Sway. Imran tells him Sway's committed and gets on with everyone. He'd do a great job.
Things aren't any easier at the Chauhans. Pradeep and Rita still can't accept that Jas and Arun kept things a secret. Pradeep brings the missing money up again and Jas screams at him to wake up: it wasn't Arun! It was Roopa! Arun just took the blame to protect her. Jas continues: the only reason she came back from Glasgow was to help Roopa. Her work's suffered and this is all the thanks she gets. She can't stay in the house any longer...
Roopa's upset that Jas is running off again but Jas says she's only going to Imran's for a couple of days. Rita still wants answers but Jas just walks straight out the door and Arun leaves the room too. Rita tells Pradeep she won't be dictated to by her children - she's the mother - and Pradeep is left wondering where it all went wrong...
Imran lets Jas in and tells her to make herself at home. She can work in the living room and he'll keep out of the way. It's all hers; whatever she wants....
