Jodie visits Mary with a gift from Mani, it's an evening bag. Jodie tells Mary that they've not seen eye to eye in the past but she'd like to start afresh. Mary agrees and she also asks about Indraneel. Jodie says she fell for him when she saw him and explains that he's a project manager for an NGO called Disti that has been doing work to support communities in Southern India after the Tsunami.
Nadia briefs Kamal about filling out his application form. She shows him six statements except the one from Hassan. Kamal insists they have to find him, he's the one that knows how scared he was. Nadia suggests he thinks about places Hassan used to go and Kamal remembers, he often went to the library in Manchester .
Imran bumps into Jodie in the street and notices her earrings and bags. She explains that its all made by Disti, Indraneel's charity. She hands him a gift, a wallet. She asks about his relationship and he claims it's getting better and their parents have backed off a little too but with his mum, its probably the calm before the storm.
Nadia is photocopying and in tears to Sway, Kamal's appeal is a struggle especially when his main witness cannot be traced. She feels for him, he was forced to flee his country but she's doing it all on her own and she doesn't feel like she's much help. Sway convinces her that Kamal would be lost without her and maybe they should head up North to find Hassan.
Imran and Jas enjoy a take-away and he mentions that he thinks something is going on between his mum and dad, he is always spruced up and now they're even going on a day out, it would be very weird if they got back together again.
