Zak and Kamal are decorating Mani's house but Kamal is worrying about his appeal deadline, he has ten days to get his statements together and he hasn't got a clue where to find Hassan. Zak calms him down but gets annoyed himself when he trips into boxes that Indraneel keeps moving, even Jodie is following him like a puppy dog.
At the newsagents, Khatija tells Sway that Gary and Saj have been persuading people to buy top shelf magazines and throwing crisps around but its nothing she can't handle. Sway insists he'll still have a word with them. They are interrupted by Zenab. Khatija delights in asking her why she's not gone back to Pakistan as Mushtaq is on the mend and why Rozena is still living with them. Zenab tells her she's enjoying time with her children whilst running a business and Rozena was worried about her father. Khatija also mentions how her and Pervaiz have always been united when it came to bringing up their children, it must have been hard for her living so far away.
Sway approaches Zak to see if he'd like to go on the Youth Adventure Week but Zak is unsure until Sway convinces him it'll be fun and besides Arun will need back-up too.
In the garden, Mushtaq asks Zenab if she gets homesick, she mustn't sacrifice herself for him, he's better now. She tells him she wouldn't abandon him in his hour of need besides there is the business to run too. She suggests they both go somewhere on a day trip for fun, a change in scenery's what they need.
Khatija is shaking with anger, she tells Sway she's had to close the shop as Gary and Saj are accusing her of living with Osama Bin Laden and how can he be taking them to the Youth Adventure Week when they are like animals. Sway says it'll be fine and besides Zak is going. Khatija is disgusted saying he'll regret taking them, that pair don't deserve any second chances.
