Shazia and Mushtaq are at the Chelsea flower show. Shazia hopes it wasn't too tricky for Mushtaq to slip away. Mushtaq admits he told Zenab he was going to visit an old aunt. Shazia jokes about Mushtaq getting the hang of all this and he assumes she means sneaking around and is embarrassed when she says she meant the layout of the flower show.
They move on to the bandstand area and Shazia expresses her love of live music. She asks what Mushtaq and Zenab do socially but he dismisses the question saying they aren't really a couple in the conventional sense. Shazia apologises for getting too personal but then finds a more subtle way to try to find out more about his relationship with Zenab.
Mushtaq tells her Zenab left him with the children and moved to Pakistan . They were already leading separate lives by then so getting divorced wasn't really an issue. They are interrupted by a friend of Shazia's from the House of Commons. Shazia explains they are here because she wants to persuade Mushtaq to invest in a city garden project. Later Shazia jokes about enjoying the cloak and dagger effect of all this but a flustered Mushtaq rushes off suddenly.
Shazia finds him sitting on a bench and he explains he left because he needed time to think. He hands her a flower and tells her all this isn't a game anymore. It starts to rain and they make a run for the car.
On the way back Shazia tells Mushtaq she doesn't want to be the other woman. She came out of a bad relationship and won't jeopardise her children and can't share her heart with just anyone. Mushtaq takes control. Can she see herself sharing her heart with him?
