Mary can't decide what to cook for Bill and Sean isn't being much help - she can hardly serve Bill egg and chips! Spag bol is a better idea though, if Sean could just go to the shops...
Zak's needs some cash and goes to see his mum at the shop. She's in no mood to lend him anything and mouths off about the expense of having Kamal live with them. Zak tells her to keep her voice down because Kamal's outside, but Khatija doesn't care...
At the gym, Sean chats to Amrit, who asks if he's thought any more about his dad. Sean tells him he's decided to leave it for now. Then Sean's phone rings - Mary wanting to know where her shopping is!
The Akhtars sit down to dinner later on but Kamal is nowhere to be seen. Khatija is worried about how little they really know about him and she doesn't think they should wait for him for dinner - he's disrupted things enough already. Pervaiz isn't pleased with her attitude! Zak calls Sean to see if he's seen Kamal and then goes to look for him himself...
Meanwhile at the Brady's, Mary is entertaining Bill. Her spag bol didn't quite go according to plan but Bill is very polite about the 'tangy' taste! Mary admits she was surprised to hear about his divorce and Bill asks did she never think of remarrying...?
Zak arrives home but there's still no sign of Kamal. Pervaiz can see something is wrong and Zak admits he thinks Kamal overheard Khatija's comments at the shop. Pervaiz cannot believe Khatija could be so uncaring and they start to argue, just as Sean calls to say he's seen Kamal on his way back. Pervaiz warns Khatija she better not say anything else to Kamal - this is his home for now...
