Arun and Jas finally get Roopa to the doctor's surgery and Arun pulls her inside saying he has had enough of her excuses. Dr Masud reassures Roopa her visit is confidential and asks her to tell him about her issues with food. Roopa denies having any so he suggests they talk about something else instead - what does Roopa like doing at school?
Elsewhere Mushtaq is also on his way to the surgery but it's a social call to catch up with Dr Masud. He tells Imran he is in Zenab's bad books and suggests he come by tomorrow if only to keep her happy. Imran says he is busy doing something with Sway.
Mushtaq sees Arun in the waiting room. Arun gets a text and then another with a different tone. Arun explains you can set it up this way and shows Mushtaq how to do it. Mushtaq changes one particular contact himself but is happy to let Arun do the rest. Then Jas comes out of the doctor's room and Arun goes over to warn her that Mushtaq is here.
Jas gets a call from Imran and takes it outside. Jas goes back in to find Dr Masud wanting to speak to her on her own. He explains it's too early to diagnose Roopa and today was about gaining her trust. He wants her to attend weekly appointments and needs Jas to make sure that happens.
Dr Masud and Mushtaq have a catch up. Mushtaq asks what brought him out of retirement and is told it's all about keeping busy. And this job is never short of surprises.
Elsewhere Roopa reacts badly to the weekly appointments and Jas's attempts to pacify her are in vain. Roopa says she wishes Jas was dead and runs off saying she wants everyone to leave her alone......
