Sean and Arun discuss whether Zak trashed Kenny's car but reckon he wouldn't have gone through with it. Arun manages to convince Sean to come to the Showcase Night at the Parkside by selling the prospect of laughing at Gary and Saj's lame act. They talk about college because Sean's nan wants him to go back but he wants to help her out at the pub, he owes her that much. Arun thinks Mary wants him out the way to make room for her toy boys. Later Sean distracts Mary by saying she should get her nails done but Mary clocks on to him, saying she's not forgotten about what they talked about.
Mushtaq is relaxing and attempting to send a text message whilst Zenab shouts at him for being so laid back about Imran and Jas. Mushtaq is saved by the bell when Pervaiz walks in with the Kaffan he asked for from his trip to Umrah although Mushtaq says he won't be needing it just yet, as he successfully sends his text message.
Mary checks up on Khatija at the newsagents and discovers her getting on well with the customers. She doesn't know how she does it all what with looking after Kamal too. Khatija says that's what neighbours are for so will she be taking her on permanently?
Zenab starts annoying Mushtaq again after Pervaiz has left and says she'll arrange for Imran to meet some girls, she needs to push him the right direction. Mushtaq's phone goes and its MP Malik, she's impressed with his texting skills although she gives him some tips at being quicker. He suggests they arrange a meeting to discuss Brian, she tells him to text her but not to get hooked. He's hooked already. When Zenab asks who it is, he says its just business.
At the salon, Arun is waiting to walk Roopa home and tucks into her chocolate thinking it tastes dodgy. She snatches it off him. Meanwhile Pervaiz tells Khatija that Mushtaq's up to something. Khatija's convinced its another woman and is eager to find out who.
