Jaggy seems to have taken on a new 'responsible' persona and is sticking below the speed limit on the drive to Bury. He's just grateful to Simran for coming with him and bringing Kesar - although he's not quite so chuffed when Kesar fills his nappy. They stop at a service station but the baby changing room leaves a lot to be desired, so Jaggy does the honours in the car!
Sway goes with Nadia to visit Kamal but it's obvious he's really only there for her, and when she has to go to answer her phone Sway struggles to make conversation.
Jaggy and Sim arrive at his parents to find Jinx and Gurpreet waiting outside; a proper welcome party! Simran encourages Jaggy to take Kesar to see his aunt while she waits outside but Gurpreet won't hear of it - Simran must come inside.
Jaggy takes Kesar upstairs and meanwhile his father, Mohan, returns from the shops. When Gurpreet tells him Simran is feeling awkward Mohan reasons that Jaggy has given her no reason to be trusting. But at least he's making more of an effort now.
In the next room, Jinx is keeping Simran company when the phone rings. It's Faye, and Simran senses Jinx feels awkward talking to her. When he hangs up Jinx explains that Faye is Jaggy's ex and the two of them met up last time Jaggy was home. Simran says he doesn't need to explain: today he's playing dad but he hasn't really changed.
Back upstairs, Kesar's giggling wakes Aunty Balbiro. Jaggy confesses to her that he's worried Kesar won't forgive him for not being there when he was born. Aunty Balbiro reassures him that they have a long life to spend together and that Kesar will always be his...
