It's morning, and Simran calls Jaggy from the salon. The new temp knocks something over in the background and Simran despairingly says she needs Nadia back - especially now she's taking time off herself. She's decided Kesar can go with him to Bury, she explains, but she'll have to go too... Jaggy's really pleased and gets straight on the blower to Jinx: they need to make sure their parents behave...
Jas visits a university counsellor for advice on how to help Roopa. The counsellor warns her not to use shock tactics - that would just push Roopa away. Also her parents have to be told at some point so they can work out the true root of the problem. Could it be tensions in the family perhaps...?
Later on, Simran drops in on Nadia and finds her drowning under a sea of campaign letters! She's taken aback when Nadia announces she won't be coming back to work. Nadia insists it's because she wants to make Glamour 2 Go her top priority but Simran thinks it's all down to what happened with Jaggy. Nadia avoids giving an answer and goes to meet Jas... ...Jas thinks Nadia's quit for the wrong reasons too but can't get her to admit it. Jas would rather Nadia were still working so she could keep an eye on Roopa. If Jas needs support isn't it time she told her parents, replies Nadia.
But Rita and Pradeep already have their own problems. They're arguing again. Rita's sick of Pradeep's snide remarks about her tutors and wants to know what his real problem is. Pradeep says Jai insinuated something had happened with Hilary and Rita can't believe Jai's at the root of it all again. She admits she had feelings for Hilary but assures Pradeep she never did anything about them. He's going to have to trust her: what else can she can say...?
