Jaggy's old coach Trevor wants him to pop over but Jaggy is wary knowing it is going to be Darren. He suggests they talk on the phone instead but Trevor says no. Jaggy owes him that at least and he'll expect to see him some time this afternoon.
Roopa tells Bina she hasn't been feeling well. She feels full all the time like the food is stuck inside and won't come out. Bina who doesn't know about Roopa's eating disorder unwittingly gives her the wrong advice and suggests laxatives? You take them with water and everything you've eaten just disappears.
MP Malik goes to see Mushtaq at home. He switches the TV off and persuades Shazia to do the same with her mobile. This is heaven! Shazia jokes he wouldn't say that if Zenab was here. Later Zenab realises Mushtaq had a guest but he tries to change the subject. She suggests it must have been a woman. You don't get biscuits out for male colleagues but Mushtaq still doesn't say who it was.
Roopa tells Rita she could really do with some extra money. Rita mentions Simran is looking for general help at the salon and suggests Roopa give her a call. Roopa reckons she can do better than that - she if off to see Simran face to face.
Trevor thinks Jaggy should have stood by Darren. Didn't they all stand by him when he was down on his luck? Besides their lawyers are the best in the business and Kamal has a weak case. When Darren gets off Jaggy will end up out in the cold for nothing. Jaggy has had enough and responds that his only regret was not going to the police sooner. Trevor can take his club and stick it........
