It's the end of Rita's course and she says goodbye to Karen who makes her promise to stay in touch. Karen reckons Rita should do more courses but Rita doesn't think Pradeep will be happy about that. Karen asks if he is meeting her at the station but Rita says she'll get a taxi.
An excited Krishan has got Rita a card and flowers. Pradeep is frantically cleaning the house and reckons it will be ages before Rita calls for a lift but she surprises everyone by just turning up. Rita suggests an early dinner so she can tell Pradeep about the course but he says he has to go to work and will be back late.
Roopa asks how the course went but they are interrupted by Karen phoning to see if Rita got back OK. Rita says did and is about to cook dinner. Karen suggests she might want to get a takeaway instead and Rita agrees telling Arun to grab some menus. Roopa says she isn't hungry but might manage some rice.
Krishan tells Rita that Arun went out every night. Later Rita finds him washing up and says Pradeep isn't happy. Arun asks what else Pradeep said but then makes a hasty retreat saying he has homework. Rita points out he has the whole weekend for this and asks what is wrong but Arun says it's nothing.
Later Rita tries talking to Pradeep but it turns into another argument. She accuses him of being unhappy about the course and in turn Pradeep makes a crack about her being popular with her teachers. Rita demands to know what he means. Has it got anything to do with Jai whispering in Pradeep's ear just before he left? Pradeep says it's nothing......
