Nadia and the rest of the family are rushing around getting ready for the Jilani's Eid party when Kamal turns up at the door. Seeing they are on their way out he makes an excuse and tries to leave but they persuade him to come along to the party with them.
Meanwhile the party is underway but Zenab is in bad humour. She's annoyed that people are arriving on time, don't they know it's impolite? She's even more put out by the fact that Mushtaq appears to be having a whale of a time chatting and laughing with MP Malik.
When the Akhtars arrive, Nadia takes Kamal under her wing and it's not long before he starts to really enjoy himself in her company. Pervaiz and Mushtaq watch the pair having fun. Pervaiz tells Mushtaq he despairs of finding someone to marry Nadia who will meet her high standards but Mushtaq reassures him that they'll find someone as good as Sameer for her soon enough.
Nadia and Kamal haven't gone unnoticed by Zenab either who teases them that they will be giving her father the wrong idea, embarrassing Nadia who hurries away. When they are alone Zenab seizes the opportunity to do a little flirting of her own with Kamal.
Meanwhile Pervaiz tells Mushtaq about his brother's invitation to go to Mecca and how the family don't understand what it means to him. Hearing them, Zak starts to lecture his dad about the idea. Pervaiz cuts him short though, he doesn't want to argue with him in the middle of a party. When Zak has gone Mushtaq sympathises with Pervaiz that the younger generation don't understand old fashioned family values. Mushtaq's support helps Pervaiz come to a decision, that there is nothing more important than family......
