Zenab thinks Mushtaq's garden will be perfect for Rozena's engagement party and jokes he would not have been this successful without her in the early years. Mushtaq comments that things haven't turned out too badly for her either. They laugh and Zenab suggests they concentrate on making a good impression on Sameer's family.
Pradeep thinks they won't have enough time together when Rita starts work. This is all the more reason for a barge holiday. Rita worries she may miss out on job offers and besides the kids would have to skip school. Pradeep points out again that with the kids growing up so fast it could be their last family holiday together!
Jodie tells Sway that Mani wants to take her to Calcutta to learn about her Bengali heritage and meet his family but Jodie isn't so sure that she is ready for this.
Kuljt tells Pradeep that when he is the Manager of Saffron Rays he won't step on his toes. This kitchen is still Pradeep's little empire! Then Rita phones to tell Pradeep that Uncle Rajan has fallen again and needs to stay with them until he is better. Pradeep thinks Rajan is a drama queen and they should wait until he gets there before they give up their holiday.
Later Jodie asks Kuls what she should do about Calcutta . He reckons on one hand it would be good but on the other he can understand her being uncomfortable about trusting Mani completely. Jodie asks what he means but Kuls covers up by saying he just thinks it is a big step that's all.......
