Brian and Rozena are meeting Tom Vanberg about the allotment land. Tom wants a minimum £5 million but Brian thinks that's too much. Tom reminds them there's a lot of interest in the site and he's only selling to them as a favour. Rozena and Brian only have £4m but Tom has another suggestion: he'll take £4m now, £1m after the apartments are sold, and 10% of the profits from the sale. Brian can't believe his cheek but Rozena can see it's their only choice.. Eventually they agree - it's a deal.
Sway bangs impatiently on the Chauhan's door until Jai answers it. He wants to know where his money is and Jai tells him to keep his voice down - why don't they go for a walk? Sway reminds Jai he owes him for two gigs and Jai asks if he's got an invoice but Sway isn't in the mood for jokes. Jai says he's got cash flow problems and Sway'll have to wait a few weeks. Sway is furious but Jai cuts him off to answer a phone call.
Nadia tells Jas about leaving Mary's hair half-done. Jas is annoyed that Mary mentioned her and Imran and decides to have a word with her - she can't risk her blabbing to anyone else. Sometimes Jas thinks she and Imran should just tell the whole world they're together and other times she thinks they should call it a day - she's too old for sneaking around.
Sway waits for Jai to finish his call then says he's not going anywhere without his money. Jai tells him to chill out and wait - in two months everything will have died down and the Jai & Sway roadshow will be rolling again. Sway can't believe what he's hearing. Jai tells Sway it's all his fault anyway because the gun was at his club. Sway almost hits him but then he changes his mind - Jai's simply not worth it...
