Kamla's still unsure about whether to put in a bid for the newsagents. She wants her and Jai to do something together but Jai doesn't sound very keen. Rita sarcastically says she can just imagine him sitting behind the counter! Kamla suggests they go and see Mary together but Jai storms out to the pub because Rita keeps making digs.
Over at the Jilanis, Imran comes downstairs to face a barrage of questions from his mum - who is he going to see all dressed up? Rozena stirs things up too by calling him handsome and Imran gets all moody. Zenab says she just wants to spend time with him and that he should be thinking of marriage...she knows a lot of suitable girls if he's interested. Imran can't leave fast enough!
Imran arrives at Jas's stressed out by his nagging mother. He's glad to be out of the house - it doesn't feel like his home anymore and his mum will be around at least until the wedding. Zenab seems to think he's a taxi service! Imran tells Jas about how he felt when his mum first left and Jas is pleased he's opening up to her.
Back at the Jilanis, Zenab compliments Rozena on what she's done with the house. Rozena was worried she wouldn't like the changes but Zenab says she's done the right thing and got rid of the bad memories. After an awkward silence Zenab asks Rozena if she knows where Imran spends his time. Rozena sweetly says she has no idea...
Meanwhile, Rita asks Kamla if she's made up her mind about the newsagents. She reminds her there is another option - a share in Saffron Ray's. It would be a big break for all of them. Kamla agrees to think about it...
