Arun is waiting nervously in the Chauhan kitchen for the post. Rita, Kamla and Jas all gather round whilst Arun opens his GCSE results. He's managed to get four C'S and D'S.
Meanwhile, Rozena and Brian are plotting their way to a bid. Brian says the bid can be anonymous, and to Rozena's delight, he has found plans to some building projects whose plans are already approved. Rozena deduces that if they were to use these, their plans would get through in double quick time. Contented, they agree that they make the perfect team.
Arun has gone to see Sean at the Youth Offenders unit. As they are talking Sean notices Yusef standing close by. He tells him to get lost but Yusef is soon back, and Sean agrees to his request for some advice. However, before he can, a group of lads walk by, asking Sean to come to the gym but to leave Yusef. Sean gives Yusef some advice - to bog off.
Jas goes to the Centre to see Imran, who is hooking up a new Intercom system. It seems that no progress has been made with the graffiti. Jas talks into the new Intercom system. She says that she likes the way Imran's nose wrinkles up when he smiles.
Meanwhile, Kamla and Rita are preparing food for the festival. Kamla ventures the possibility that Arun may not get a good job with his grades. However, Rita is adamant that Arun has potential, and is just a late developer, like her.
Sean and slap-head are competing at lifting weights. However, Yusef is lurking nearby. Yusef explains that all he had wanted was for Sean to show him how to use the weights. Sean is not having it - AD has got eyes everywhere.
