Simran is giving Nadia instructions at the salon and her assistant is getting annoyed. She reminds Simran that last week she couldn't be trusted yet now seems to be her right hand woman. Simran says she needs to do the books and Nadia murmurs something about her going off to put her feet up.
Sameer tells Imran Kamla is directing the mela play. Imran remarks it will be unique with Kamla Spielberg in charge but Sameer thinks she is going to be a great asset. Sameer then says he will tap some of his affluent friends for sponsorship too. Arun thinks the rapper Stallion Solo should do a set to ensure even more cash coming in and Imran agrees. But they are both left horrified when Sameer suggests that Kamla audition him.
Rachel tries to talk to Kuls about how he needs more 'me' time and shouldn't put his own life on hold for Amrit. Kuls says he knows all this but just can't help feeling he owes his dad. Rachel makes him promise to get out more and tells him to get ready for the five-a-side football match at the mela.
Elsewhere Sameer is on the phone desperately trying to raise sponsorship for the match but his friend is saying something about overheads. He tries Brian next but gets the same response from him too.
Later, Nadia is desperate for a break but Simran points out that swanning off is not part of her job description. A tired Nadia finally loses her temper. She has had enough of Simran's selfish attitude and demands to know one good reason why Simran can't touch bleach all of a sudden. Simran starts to cry saying she isn't selfish and is putting her baby first - that's why....
