Sway is in the shower and trying to talk to Kuls but then hears the door close as he leaves the flat. Later, Sameer asks Sway if he and Kuls are interested in managing a football team for the mela. Sway says it's a nice thought but Kuls is 'otherwise engaged' right now.
Brian briefs a new worker on the building site and asks Zak to show him the ropes. Rozena later reminds Brian they both do the hiring and firing but she'll let him off this time. Later, Kamal tells Zak he can drive a crane but is told to stick to painting. You need qualifications to do that stuff over here.
Kuls phones Neera to say his dad may get out of hospital soon. Neera thinks that's good news and she would like to visit him. Kuljit points out Amrit needs people around who love him. The slightest thing could knock him back but Neera doesn't pick up on his doubts.
Rozena wants the allotment holders to have a stall at the mela so they can get hundreds of signatures on their petition. If they are at the mela the allotments will be empty and the surveyor can work without anyone seeing him. Brian says Rozena is his kind of woman - sneaky, devious and conniving!
Kuls tells Sway about Neera but Sway doesn't think her visiting is a bad idea. Maybe then Kuls would get some time to himself. Kuls misunderstands what he is saying thinking Sway wants his dad out of the way so it can be like old times again. His dad is in his life for good and if Sway doesn't like it he knows what he can do....
