Rita finds Pradeep putting posters up at the centre. Some noisy children rush past and Pradeep suggests a few hours on the allotments would sort them out. He then manages to cut his finger and Rita reassures him she is here to support him - with staple removal, first aid and everything else too.
Things are manic at the salon and Simran comes downstairs to overhear a customer complaining about the poor service. Poor Nadia gets a telling off and a reminder to pay more attention to detail when it comes to work.
Oliver asks Pervaiz to put some keys back in the safe but then someone reports noises coming from Flat 5. Pervaiz discovers it's the fire alarm caused by burning toast in the grill and is puzzled because he knows the occupants are on holiday. Maybe somebody had keys and let themselves in? Oliver advises Pervaiz such accusations that could get him into a lot of trouble.
Over at the Marketing suite Rozena wants Brian to go over quotes for clearing the allotment site. The next step will be to get closer to Pradeep and find out what activity they are planning to save the land. Brian thinks Rozena is risking people finding out they are behind all this but is told this isn't going to happen. Elsewhere Pradeep is telling Rita he doesn't think the property developers are from round here - they know they'd have too much of a fight on their hands.
Later Brian tells Rozena he hasn't started on the quotes. He is more concerned about getting the land surveyed but how will they do that without alerting Pradeep? Rozena promises she'll find a way. That land is a goldmine and they will do whatever it takes.....
