Jas gets her first year exam results and finds she has failed one module but can resit it. She later tells Imran her family will think she needs to revise more over summer. This means she can spend more time in the student house with him.
Simran's mum is fussing after her outburst yesterday but Simran says she is fine now. Surinder isn't convinced and tells her daughter she has decided to stay for a while. Simran does her best to talk her out of it but Surinder has made her mind up. Later, Simran goes shopping and almost leaves without her change. Mary can see she is jumpy and offers her tea but Simran declines. Mary advises Simran to ignore the gossips and try to stay strong.
Krishan and Pradeep are running through preparations for the Allotment Day and Krishan ticks each item off his checklist. What about a megaphone? Pradeep says he forgot but Krishan tells him not to worry. He has already asked Imran for one.
Jai catches Arun smoking a joint by the canal and surprises his nephew by joining in. Arun tells his Uncle he wants to enter a boxing tournament but is too busy to listen. Jai tells Arun to go for it. They'll soon change their tune when he brings a trophy home.
Meanwhile Rozena turns up at the Golden crown to tell Brian how to dress on Allotment Day. Brian is surprised they are even going seeing. According to Rozena if they turn up dressed casually the allotments holders will think they are being supportive and never suspect what they are really up to....
