Sean and Jason turn up at the poetry class in the Young Offenders Unit much to Yusef's surprise. Jason starts teasing Yusef but Sean seems interested and asks Yusef how to write a poem.
Jas comes into the salon to tell Nadia about her new job working for MP Malik. She then asks what's going on with Sway but Nadia says it's definitely over. They are interrupted by the arrival of Jodie who needs a hand taking some bags upstairs.
Rita and Hilary chat over coffee. Hilary jokes about it being nice seeing Rita sober and this prompts her to apologise for her behaviour at the club recently. Hilary assures her it is OK and wishes her well now that the course is over. Rita promises to stay in touch and suggests he have dinner with the family soon. And he'll get to meet her husband too.
Simran's phone rings. It's her mum but she says she is busy and promises to call her later. Simran tells Jodie her mum is driving her mad and that moving into this place doesn't feel right. She should be with Jaggy not starting out on her own. Jodie tells her she needs to move on.
Elsewhere Mani's friend Vegas has turned up. Its Jazz Festival time and he has decided to visit old friends. Mani won't hear of him staying in a hotel and insists Vegas stay with him.
Back at the Unit, Yusef reads out his poem and Jason calls him a geek but Sean defends him. He thinks it is brilliant and Yusef says he wrote it for him. Yusef's attempts to befriend Sean finally seem to be working...
