Tina is at the hospital, worried sick about Jaggy. The doctor advises her to go home and rest - she's been there all weekend - but Tina doesn't want to leave him alone, even when he's asleep.
Simran, meanwhile, is still holed up at Jodie's. A report about the stabbing comes on the TV and Jodie switches it off - Simran's got to stop punishing herself. Simran is in a real state and so Jodie offers to stay at home with her but Simran makes her go to work. Simran says she can't go out herself - she just can't face anyone...
Krishan is playing up at home - his head still huge after opening the new Jilani-Kavanagh development. Kamla saves Pradeep by taking Krishan to the Centre - he can help her make lunch for the Mela planning meeting!
Later on, Jodie shares her concerns about Simran with Mani. Jodie's pleased when Mani comments on how well her café is doing and makes a jokey comment about the décor at Saffron Ray's - it's ever so slightly outdated! Mani challenges her to help him redecorate and Jodie accepts.
Jaggy wakes up in hospital with Tina at his side. All he wants to know is when he can play again and Tina reassures him everything will be fine. Two police officers arrive to question him and to ask where they can find Simran. Jaggy admits he doesn't know and that he and Simran have argued. The police say they have reports of shouting coming from Jaggy's flat before the stabbing and Jaggy interrupts to say it was an accident: they argued, Simran left, and the rest is a blur. He doesn't know how it happened but he probably fell over - and he was definitely on his own...
