It's the grand opening of the Jilani-Kavanagh marketing suite and Rozena wants everything to be perfect. She's even roped Imran into helping her out - he owes her after she helped out at the Mela. Krishan arrives early with Pradeep because he has the honour of cutting the ribbon. Brian isn't sure that it was a good idea of Rozena's to invite the Chauhans considering they are about to buy the allotments, but Rozena isn't fazed - it will keep them off the scent for a bit.
Jodie visits Simran at the flat. Sim's just been shopping and her bags are packed with expensive goodies: Venezuelan chocolate, truffle oil...she's even bought a new knife to bone the duck she's cooking for dinner. She's planning a special night and she's even got a new dress. She's going to tell Jaggy she's pregnant...and she's going to propose!
Back at the marketing suite, Rozena is in her element with Mushtaq away. She plays a promotional video which talks up the apartments and afterwards Pradeep says he hopes the flats won't be ivory towers - community life is important and now there's talk of a new development on the allotments too. Rozena says she doesn't think that will happen!
Simran tells Jodie that Jaggy's been happier lately and the time is right to tell him she's pregnant. Jodie doesn't sound convinced and reminds Simran that just a few days ago she thought Jaggy might leave when he found out. Simran, however, is determined.
Meanwhile, Jaggy visits Tina. He tells her the Premiership is their ticket out. He's going to tell Simran he's leaving tonight and then they can move away together. Jaggy tells Tina to pack her bags and wait - he'll be back soon...
