There's been some vandalism at the new apartments and Mushtaq and Brian are assessing the damage. Mushtaq surprises Brian when he says he's flying to Pakistan again. Zenab's sister called out of the blue to say she is seriously ill - but then with Zenab you never really know...
They're impressed with what Rozena's done with the show apartment but Mushtaq doesn't think the locals deserve it - they were so resentful when he went canvassing for Shahin Malik. He thinks Shahin should be doing more for Jilani-Kavanagh after the support they gave her and Brian's amused - just give her some time! Mushtaq suggests that if Shahin would come to the World Debt Day event then that could be their contribution instead of cash!
Sway drops some flyers for World Debt Day into Jodie's café. Jodie's relieved to see a friendly face and offers to ask Mani if he'll play tablas at the event - she can see Sway is pushed at the moment. Later, Mani is really pleased when she asks him to play.
Rita is revising at home and Pradeep asks her if she knows anything about Sean. Rita says he's refusing to let Mary see him but that her real worry is Arun. Later, they confront Arun about where he keeps disappearing to. Arun says he's just with the lads - why can't they just support him in his boxing instead of pushing him to study? He admits to racing with Zak and Sean and Rita threatens to tell Zak's parents unless Arun promises to study. Arun agrees - reluctantly. Subconsciously, Rita's worried he'll turn out like Jai but Pradeep warns her that they can't treat him like a criminal just because he's not like Jas ...
