Brian teases Mushtaq about his door to door canvassing for MP Malik. Does Mushtaq realise these are some of the roughest places in the constituency? Brian can't wait to see his friend in action but later the canvassing doesn't go well at all. Mushtaq tells Brian that Mani asked him to be a character witness for Sean and he agreed. Brian says he owes him one but Mushtaq reckons he owes him more than that!
Simran gives Nadia a ticking off about working irregular hours. Nadia points out she was working hard when Simran waltzed off and threatens to phone the owner to see what she has to say. Simran smugly informs Nadia she doesn't want to do that - the paperwork has gone through and she is the owner now. Now could Nadia put the kettle on......oh and she is taking the afternoon off too.
Later, Pervaiz drops the dry cleaning off to Simran and Jaggy and she thanks him for being so helpful. Jaggy gives Pervaiz a tip much to Simran's embarrassment and when Pervaiz leaves she exclaims she can't believe he did that. Jaggy mutters something about being good to see you too....
Elsewhere Kuljit and Rachel are having a quiet drink and Kuls remarks on her being so dressed up. Rachel covers by saying she is meeting friends later but is disappointed when she realises Kuls just wants to talk about his dad.
Jaggy apologises to Simran for leaving the flat in such a mess and then asks if she wants to 'catch up' properly. She says OK but isn't too keen and when Jaggy suggests she might be too tired Simran agrees a bit too quickly and they settle down to sleep......
