Rozena is discussing furnishings for the apartments with Mushtaq. She's done her research and got some samples - they need to get a move on and make some decisions even if Brian's not around. Mushtaq uses the opportunity to bring up marriage again: how would Rozena decorate her own home he wonders?
Rozena doesn't want to discuss her relationship with Mushtaq but he can't understand what she's waiting for - they both like each other and Sameer comes from a good family. Rozena's says she wants to concentrate on work and Mushtaq "reminds" her there are proper ways of doing these things. Rozena wriggles out of his questioning by saying that seeing him and her mother unhappy has made her wary of marriage. She successfully guilt trips Mushtaq into letting her have a little more time.
Jodie calls to see Mani and Imran answers the door. Imran tells her Mani's not been sleeping well lately has already gone to bed. He's glad she's come though - it will do Mani the power of good to know. Jodie realises that Imran knows the truth about her and Mani and Imran tells her she's affected Mani more than she'll ever know.
Imran assures Jodie that if Mani had known about her before he would have said something - he didn't abandon her and her mother. Jodie is still feeling angry towards Sean but Imran thinks they need to keep quiet for Mani's sake - Mani wanted to help Sean.
Meanwhile, the Brady's are visiting the solicitor to find out more about Sean's case. Mary is shocked to hear the sentence could be as much as two years but the solicitor emphasises that nothing is certain. In court things can go either way...
