Rita is getting ready to give a presentation at college. She's nervous at speaking in front of the group but her tutor reassures her she'll be fine - nerves are good, she just has to think of them as a positive energy, take a deep breath and smile. It's now or never! Once she's on stage Rita actually starts to enjoy herself and the presentation goes really well.
Rozena is at the site office researching interior design companies for the apartments when Brian storms in. He huffs and puffs until she's off the phone and then demands to know what she's up to - he's just spoken to his mate Thomas about the allotment site only to be told it's already "being dealt with" by Rozena Jilani! He threatens to tell Mushtaq about her dirty tricks - he can't believe she went behind his back, and with his contact too.
Rita's tutor, Hilary, gives her a lift home. He tells her he's pleased to have her as a student - she has the potential to go far and she proved it with her presentation. She should think about going for one of the course prizes. He offers to take her for dinner but Rita declines, a bit embarrassed by his attention.
Back at the site office, Rozena tells Brian he's too late - she's already told her dad about the allotment site. He warned her off the whole deal but the site has enormous potential and she's thinking of going it alone...or perhaps she and Brian could go into it together? What does he say? Rozena can see Brian's interested and tells him to think about it - but warns him he hasn't got long...
