Jaggy's brother Jinx is in town and they go to the Golden Crown for a drink. Jaggy asks after the family and then Jinx asks how Jaggy and Simran are getting on. Jaggy's reaction is a bit flat but he claims it is just the usual footballer's stress. Jinx says mum and dad reckon Jaggy might take the plunge soon but Jaggy says they'll get married when they are good and ready - OK.
The police tell Mani that Sean has admitted to driving the car that ran him over. Mani claims A.D was driving the car but the police say there's more. Sean also admitted he already told Mani about driving. The police remind Mani that perverting the course of justice is a very serious offence although they understand why he is trying to protect Sean. Mani wants to know what happens now and is told that unless Sean decides to point the finger at A.D they don't have much choice in what happens.....
Over at the Chauhans Jai is filling Kamla's head about Rita. He reckons other people influence her about him but he doesn't care as long as Kamla believes him. The doorbell rings, it's Mary who needs a bit of a break from the pub. She is short staffed and Jai offers to help but Mary says she needs to think about it. Anyway says Jai, on to more serious stuff like choosing horses for the Grand National sweepstake.
Over at the station, the police are still trying to persuade Sean to change his story and admit A.D is guilty. Sean says nothing has changed and the police are left with no choice but to charge him.......
