Kuljit is in the kitchen with Shirley when Sway stumbles in, bleary-eyed. He asks what the plan is and Kuljit says he wants to track down his Auntie Rajvinder today. Kuljit suggests going alone but Sway refuses to let him.
Sway waits in the van as Kuljit rings at Auntie Rajvinder's door. She's shocked to see him and asks why he's never visited. Kuljit responds coolly and Auntie Rajvinder remembers he was always difficult. Kuljit tells her he needs information about his dad and Auntie Rajvinder denies having let her brother down. She says she did try to help Amrit but Kuljit was too young to remember. Kuls can see she isn't going to help and starts to leave, but then his Auntie asks if he's been to see Amrit's girlfriend...
Kuls walks to the van, stunned - he never knew Amrit had a girlfriend. Apparently they met the first time Amrit was discharged. Sway can see Kuljit needs to take his mind off things and says Manisha his ex is doing a comedy gig in town...they should go along.
At the club, Kuls and Sway take a seat at the back. Manisha starts her act making jokes about an ex-boyfriend and Kuljit soon realises it's him. When she starts making allusions to his dad's mental state he walks out. Sway follows and tells him it was just a coincidence. Then Manisha pops out to say hi - she thought she recognised him - but after an awkward silence she goes back inside.
Later, heading home after some drinks, they manage to miss the last tube. They jump on the N59 bus which goes by Kuljit's old house and Sway can tell it's a bad idea...
