It's the evening of the fundraiser organised by Imran and Jas at the Parkside Centre. Imran spots Nadia and wonders what she's up to and Jas tells him that Nadia is here to watch the fashion show on stage to get inspiration and ideas for her mobile beauty business.
Kuljit and Sway buy food from one of the stalls and keep Mani company. Sway makes Kuljit get them some tea, and once he's gone Sway tells Mani he knows Jodie is his daughter and that she has shut the café and gone away. He reassures Mani that she doesn't hate him - she's just upset and needs space to think.
Khatija isn't impressed with the display of outfits on stage and tells Nadia not to get too carried away with ideas, as a real bride wouldn't dress like that. But Nadia informs her mother that that is exactly what she would choose for her business, and her mobile beauty business is going to be a winner.
Later Kuljit asks Sway what he and Mani talked about as he still looks miserable. Sway tells him Mani is just upset as he still isn't mobile enough to get about freely and is feeling frustrated.
Sway and Kuljit introduce the next act on stage. It's 'Stallion Solo' who has written a special rap about the Tsunami disaster.
Mushtaq offers Pervaiz a job in one of his stores - he knows Pervaiz went to see Brian for work but he isn't strong enough to work on the building site. Pervaiz is insulted - people would think he is Mushtaq's servant! He warns Mushtaq that if anything happens to Zak on the building site, Mushtaq will know about it - and he'd better believe it!
