Pradeep is working on his allotment and is surprised to see Rozena appear. Rozena seems a bit quiet and Pradeep asks if something's wrong. Rozena says it's been a tough day and she'll be fine after a think but when Pradeep leaves she suddenly perks up. She makes a call on her mobile and leaves a message saying Jilani & Kavanagh are definitely interested in redeveloping the site...
Meanwhile, Mary is arguing with Jodie at the café. She's angry at the way Jodie spoke to Mani and assures her Mani was telling the truth - he never knew he was a father. Jodie admits she's confused and Mary apologises. She advises Jodie to make peace with Mani.
Sway is in the cafe too, talking to Jas. Jas is still looking for a shared house to move into as things are so mad at home but she isn't having much luck. Sway's in a good mood because the Valentine's gig went well and he and Kuljit finally made some profit. Jas is pleased but a bit worried about them using the warehouse - it can't be safe.
When Jas leaves Sway goes over to Jodie - he'd noticed her arguing with Mary. Jodie says she needs to clear her head so she's shutting the café and going back to Newcastle for a bit.
Later on, Rozena and Sameer go out for dinner. Rozena seems pleased with herself but she's worried about Mushtaq - he's lonely in his big house. Maybe they could go to see him together; it would certainly show they were serious about each other. Sameer is ecstatic - he never thought he'd hear her say it...
