It's Pancake Day and Jai is showing off his skills. Pradeep challenges him to a cooking race and Jai rises to the challenge. Krishan and Roopa cheer their favourite Uncle on as he tosses his first pancake but it almost lands on Pradeep and Jai apologies.....for missing. Pradeep in turn flips his perfectly but Jai reckons he can do better and tries again only he manages to stick it to the ceiling.....
Tina turns up at the salon. Simran chats to her about her intention to buy into the salon. She likes it round here but needs to know it's a lasting arrangement. Tina guesses this might have something to do with 'flaky bloke trouble' and reckons she knows all about that. Later Tina loves her new haircut and reckons if her man does too, she will definitely be back soon.
Pradeep wins the contest but Krishan seems disappointed it wasn't Jai. Pradeep feelings are hurt by this and then Roopa refuses to eat saying pancakes are fattening and unhealthy causing Arun to joke about her being anorexic. She storms upstairs leaving Pradeep wondering what is wrong with her.
Jai knows Arun is being distant and needs to find ways to get close to him. He manages to impress Arun with his knowledge of music and plays on his boxing interests. Arun asks why Jai is really back and is told there are reasons but nothing to worry about. More importantly Jai wants to know if Arun's all right with him now.......
