Mani finally admits to Mushtaq that he knows Jodie is his daughter. Mushtaq pretends he had no idea but then lets slip he knows Jodie's mum is dead. He tries to cover it up but Mani says he could only have found this out from Jodie and demands to know how long Mushtaq has known.
Tina phones Jaggy to suggest meeting up tonight but he gives her the brush off using all sorts of excuses. He has been busy and in fact he can't talk now either. 'But' says Tina - we still haven't sorted out when we are meeting?
Back at Mushtaq's house Mani accuses him of controlling people. Mushtaq defends himself saying it's Jodie who's the 'puppet master' - he's been very sensitive about it all. Mani isn't having this - how could a money-making robot like Mushtaq be sensitive to others' feelings? Mani wants to leave.
Nadia talks to Jas about her meeting at the bank. She is really nervous and Jas assures her she will be fine. Nadia reckons they would be idiots to refuse her a loan and that Simran has always written her off as a stupid little girl but her sky may just be about to fall in.
Mushtaq decides to go out. It will give Mani time to cool down and they can talk properly when he gets back. As soon as Mushtaq leaves, Mani rings Imran and asks him to come over straightaway. He feels trapped and needs to get out of here - right now.
