Jas pops to the cafe for some peace and quiet and sees Pradeep there. She tells him how she feels about the situation at home. They promised her the dining room when she started Uni and now it's Kamla's bedroom again - where is she supposed to study? Pradeep seems more interested in chatting to Jodie and Jas changes the subject to the allotments. Pradeep starts talking about his plants and Jas mutters something about it being really interesting.
Sameer goes round to see Rozena but she's out. Imran says she'll be back soon and offers to cook breakfast for Sameer. They get chatting and Imran talks about the cuts at the leisure centre and the ideas about holding events to raise money. Sameer surprises him by volunteering to help out. Imran challenges Sameer to a game of Streetfighter - but if Sameer loses he will have to help out with the events. Is it a deal?
Rozena gets home to find the boys engrossed in their game and asks Imran for a private word. She thinks the two of them hanging out like this is a bit 'cosy'. Imran is surprised by her reaction - isn't it a good thing he gets on so well with Sameer? Besides, Rozena should be pleased that they like her partner. Rozena tells Imran that Mushtaq has been lecturing her about settling down too and she doesn't need this. She is a business woman with a career and she can do without everyone else trying to plan her life for her...
