Rozena arrives at the site office for Zak's interview. Brian can't understand why she's dressed so smartly - he tells her she'd be better off wearing a hard hat as it's a labourer's job!
Pradeep and Krishan are going to see Mani. Krishan's excited at seeing Mushtaq's house and wants to know how he made his money. Pradeep says Mushtaq will do anything for business.
Soon after they arrive, Mani asks Pradeep about the restaurant. Krishan is bored so Mushtaq offers him a tour of the house instead. As they walk around, Krishan talks to Mushtaq about his businesses. Krishan says he wants to make money too but he doesn't think he could upset his family like Mushtaq has to get it. Mushtaq wants to know who he's been speaking to! Inside, Mani and Pradeep are watching them and think Mushtaq and Krishan may both have finally met their match!
Brian and Rozena try to outdo each other during Zak's interview. Brian tells Zak it's just a formality but Rozena takes it very seriously. She isn't happy when Brian gets her to make tea and puts loads of sugar into his mug, making him choke! Brian says he'll give Zak a ring with a starting date but Rozena overrules him - they'll inform Zak in writing.
Later, Sameer arrives with a coffee for Rozena. She makes Brian answer the phones while Sameer gives her a massage - she's had a stressful day. When Sameer's gone, Brian winds Rozena up - he thought she was a professional but Sameer's visit was inappropriate. Rozena tells Brian he just feels threatened because Sameer's so good-looking. But I'm the one with the brain, says Brian...
