Krishan is taking part in the school nativity play but Roopa isn't pleased about having to come. She tells him he looks stupid but Krishan doesn't care, he just wants his new friend Jodie to be here.
Jodie is on her way and bumps into Sway who persuades her to let him tag along. Sway cracks jokes but Jodie seems wound up and tells him to go away. Sway suggests she shouldn't go either the state she's in.
They reach the school and Jodie reminds Sway he isn't invited. Sway thinks Jodie is jealous about him and Nadia but she denies this. Rita sees them and comes over but Sway says they will join her in a bit. He needs a quick chat with Jodie first.
Sway wants to know what's wrong and Jodie finally blurts out Mani is her father. He abandoned her and cheated on her mother, he even admitted it once not knowing she is his daughter. Her mum loved Mani until the day she died and Jodie told Mani all this when he was unconscious but she doesn't think he heard her.
The nativity play is still going on and Roopa can't believe Rita is embarrassing her by shouting things out but then Rita hits a nerve. Could Roopa be jealous of her brother's talent?
Sway thinks Jodie should tell Mani everything and suggests she only moved here because she wants to get to know him. Jodie says she can't, she has already been rejected once. What if Mani doesn't want to know her?
