Kamla is visiting Mary at the shop. They're catching up on everything that's happened since she went to India. Kamla's got a present for the pub but Mary seems unsure as to exactly what it is and where to put it - Kamla reckons she knows just the place.
Meanwhile, Rita chats to Rozena about Kamla taking over. Rozena thinks it's something to do with parents visiting 'home' and coming back with the mentality that their daughters are too westernised. Rita says she feels as though her home just isn't her own anymore.
Mary tells Kamla how Rozena managed to manipulate her way into the business and Kamla agrees that Rozena is certainly shrewd. According to Mary, Rozena conned her own father and used Brian's interest in her to get her own way.
Kuls is feeling really down about Mani. Sway tells him to be positive - maybe they should postpone the warehouse gig until Mani's better? Kuls thinks Mani wouldn't want them to mope around, they should just do it. He decides to visit Mani and sit with him for a while.
Brian turns up at the shop, closely followed by Rozena. She needs to talk to him but Brian says he has an emergency to attend to and will call her later. Mary can't believe Rozena is thinking about business at a time like this. Rozena rudely informs her she is looking after things so her dad can spend more time with Mani but Mary isn't convinced. Unlike Brian she's no fool when it comes to Rozena.
