Jaggy is in the newsagents buying flowers and tells Mary he needs to apologise to someone special. She assumes he means Simran and gives him some chocolates on the house. Rozena turns up as Jaggy is leaving.
Mary wants to know why Rozena is looking so pleased - anything to do with her conning Mushtaq and Brian, perhaps? Rozena reminds her it was Brian who got caught with his hands in the till. Mary agrees he's a fool but advises her to be careful - being sharp is OK but you sometimes end up cutting yourself.
Krishan is given his birthday present amidst the usual Chauhan mayhem. Roopa ends up upsetting him and he exaggerates his hurt for Rita's benefit. Jas wants to know how she is supposed to study with all this madness going on. Rita tells them all to behave; Rozena is coming round to tell her something.
Jaggy gives Tina the flowers and chocolates to apologise for behaving badly the first time they met. She tells him it's OK, she isn't upset at all. They kiss and Jaggy tells her he has been thinking about her ever since that night.
Rita wants to know Rozena's news but is told she will have to wait until the kids are out of earshot. Later, upstairs, Jas pleads with Roopa to go downstairs and check out the conversation between them. Roopa wants to know why she's so worried if she's really finished with Imran. Is there something fishy going on?
