Nadia and Jas are on their way to the party. Jas wants Nadia to let her hair down - she should be making the most of it while her parents are away - but Nadia's too worried about Zak to think of anything else.
Zak and Sean are collecting their car for the race from A.D., who warns them to watch out for the cops. Zak wins the toss to decide who drives and they take it out for a spin.
At Saffron Ray's, Imran asks Mani if he can talk to him about the budget cuts at the Centre. The restaurant is busy so Mani says it'll have to be later. They arrange to meet at the Golden Crown.
At the party, Jas introduces Nadia as a "business manager". Nadia feels out of place but one student, Adam, takes a shine to her. He thinks Nadia likes him but she's just being friendly, and when she tells him she has a boyfriend he thinks she's just being a tease. He tries it on with her and Nadia struggles to push him off.
Meanwhile, the car race has started. Zak and Sean are going well but then they take a bend into Silver Street too quickly. Zak loses control of the car and they crash into one of the other racers. They struggle to reverse out of the smash and Sean thinks he hears Mani - did he see them? is he hurt? The boys speed away from the scene just as Imran approaches to see what's happening. Is Mani alright...?
