Sameer takes Rozena to lunch to tell her about his trip to New York and so she can fill him in on family stuff. Rozena misunderstands his intentions - he makes her sound like an emotional wreck! Sameer says he didn't mean that at all, he just thought they were at the stage where they could share their feelings, but Rozena's tone becomes cold - she is late and needs to get back to work.
Jaggy is training. Trevor tells him he has improved but he needs to lose the negative attitude. Trevor thinks that Jaggy's involvement in charity work is good for the club's image but Jaggy takes this the wrong way. He isn't here to front PR campaigns and tick a few ethnic boxes - he is on his way back up to the Premiership.
Rita phones Pradeep to say she is worried about Jas. Her first day at Uni was only meant to be a half day but she can't get though to her on her mobile. A frustrated Pradeep tells Rita that Jas doesn't need to be hassled, but he does agree that she should have kept her phone on - he will have a word with her about that.
Later, Jas gets home and Rita starts fussing over her. She has cooked her favourite meal and tells her to unwind. This annoys Jas, who's only popped in to get changed before going out with some of her new friends. She really doesn't need this on her first day - she would be better off living in halls!
