Zak is watching the Belgian Grand Prix when his mobile rings. He doesn't hear it so Nadia answers it - it's a guy wanting to know if Zak's up for the next race. Nadia doesn't catch what he says, throws it at Zak, then marches out, bumping into Jas. Jas tells her she's worried Imran is becoming too possessive but Nadia isn't sympathetic - why is she complaining that Imran wants to see her?!
They see Imran and Nadia makes a quick exit. He apologises to Jas, saying if she's so determined to move away then he'll help - by calling the universities on her behalf. They go to Imran's house where he calls the admissions tutor and puts Jas's case of extenuating circumstances to him. The tutor says to get something in writing and they'll reconsider the situation - and that Imran is a very conscientious parent! Imran is mortified and Jas teases him.
Meanwhile, Zak talks to one of the racers on the street about the next meet. Nadia sees him and asks what he's up to. The driver isn't impressed that Zak seems to need his sister's permission and drives off. Zak admits to Nadia that he's racing to make money for a ticket to Mirpur. She can't believe it and storms home, where she tells her parents that Zak is taking things into his own hands. They've got to act themselves or Zak will do something stupid, she says. Khatija, her mum, decides that enough's enough. They'll go to Mirpur and they'll call in some favours from the Jilanis to do it - the Jilanis owe them anyway.
